Every box carries its bag size lasered into the bamboo, so the right one is obvious the moment a drawer opens.

Four boxes make up the set: one at 12 by 5 by 3 inches for gallon and half-gallon bags, one at 8.75 by 4 by 3 for quarts, and two at 8 by 4 by 3 for sandwich and snack sizes.

Bamboo forms the frames and the walls. The bases are MDF finished with a bamboo paper veneer rather than solid wood, worth knowing if the boxes will ever meet moisture.

Sixteen silicone pads come with them for the feet, keeping the boxes from sliding as a drawer opens and shuts.

Because the boxes stand apart, they can share one drawer, split between two, or sit on a cabinet shelf.
