JAYOBGO Bamboo Sliding Mat for KitchenAid 5 to 8 Qt Bowl Lift Mixers, Black

Compatibility is narrow: KitchenAid bowl-lift stand mixers of 5 to 8 quarts. The maker states it does not suit the Pro 450 or Pro 500 series.

Set the machine down on the board and it glides. A mixer that previously had to be hauled out of its corner now gets pushed forward with one hand and slid back afterwards.

Since the mixer rides on the board rather than directly on the worktop, the surface underneath stays free of the scuffs a bare foot leaves.

Natural bamboo, finished in black, smooth-faced and solid enough not to split.

The published dimensions are unusable: the listing records 1 by 1 by 1 inch, which cannot describe a mixer tray. Weight is given as 0.6 kilograms. Compare the photographs against your own mixer footprint before ordering.

Most useful where the machine lives low down or tucked into a corner, because it can be drawn out without being lifted.
