Animal-Gifts Self-Adhesive Appliance Sliders, 24 Grey Discs, 0.79 in Across

Twenty-four discs, each 0.79 inches across, stuck straight onto the underside of a machine. No tray is involved, so nothing juts out past the appliance footprint itself.

The face is PTFE, better known as Teflon, and it glides over wood, tile, marble, a cloth mat or a folded towel without squealing or scoring the surface.

Sitting the appliance on discs also raises its base a little, which keeps the underside out of standing water and makes the machine easier to swing round.

Fitting runs to three steps: clean the underside, peel the backing, press the disc where you want it.

Plastic, metal, glass and wood all accept the adhesive, so the discs are as useful under a bin or a storage box as they are under a rice cooker.

Grey, round, and the whole set weighs 0.05 kilograms — enough discs to do several appliances from one packet.
