Rubber wheels carry it, so no rails need fixing anywhere. The board rolls straight out from beneath the wall cupboard and pushes back once you are done.

The board is 0.75 inches thick, built from three bamboo plies laid crosswise against one another for rigidity, and weighs 1.98 lb.
