Soft-close runners are the mechanism that earns its keep here: the tray glides out on thickened steel ball bearings and draws itself shut over the last inch instead of slamming into the carcass.

The cabinet opening has to be 18 inches deep, 18 inches high and 13 inches wide. The frame itself is 16.2 by 11 by 16 inches. Measure the carcass rather than the door before ordering.

The shelf extends from 12 inches to 16 inches and its direction can be reversed, which is how it clamps a bin of 7 to 13 gallons so nothing slides as the drawer moves. A bin is not supplied.

Two ways to fit it. Adhesive leaves a cabinet unmarked; screws hold more firmly. The base frame arrives built, and either method runs to about five minutes.
