Lipper International 8882 Expandable Bamboo Drawer Organiser, 11 to 18 3/4"

The frame slides from 11" out to 18 3/4", so one tray covers drawers of quite different widths rather than leaving a gap at one end.

Six dividers lift out, giving anything up to twelve compartments. Take them all away and what remains is an open bamboo tray.

It stands 2 5/8" tall and reaches 15" front to back, so check the drawer's clear depth first.

Lacquered bamboo, roughly 1 lb. Nothing needs building; it goes straight into a drawer or sits out on a counter.

Cutlery is the obvious load, though with the dividers pulled the same tray suits craft materials or desk clutter.
