Two decks turn on one spindle, doubling what a 10-inch circle of shelf will hold — bottles below, smaller jars up top where they stay in sight.

It stands 6 7/8 inches over a 10-inch footprint, so check the shelf height before ordering; the upper deck needs clearance above it.

An outer lip is fitted, keeping contents from sliding away as the tiers turn.

Bamboo takes light differently across the grain, so the colour shifts a little depending on where it sits in the room.

Keep it clear of direct sun and radiators, somewhere with a little air movement — swings in temperature and humidity move wood about. A mild soap wash, dried thoroughly, is the routine; an occasional rub of mineral oil is what the maker suggests to keep the appearance up.

The specification sheet quotes a maximum load of 597 kg, which cannot be right for a bamboo disc of this size; read it as a data error rather than a rating. Weight of the turntable itself is 1.4 lb, one per box.
