Six rails at 36 inches arrive with 36 support clips, the hardware that turns a fixed shelf into one whose height changes later.

Rail profile decides whether this fits: 17 mm across and 6.5 mm proud of whatever it is fixed to, so very little depth comes off a cupboard interior. Clips measure roughly 0.82 by 0.59 inches.

Screw holes are punched at fixed spacings along every rail, with clip holes set between them. Rails go straight onto a wall or onto an existing adjustable unit. No screwdriver is supplied.

The metal is stainless steel. Note that the listing gives the colour as black while the description calls the finish silver; the two do not agree, so confirm before ordering.

Full length is 36 inches, or 91.5 cm, and the set weighs half a kilo.
