BreezyHome Fruit Storage Containers with Removable Colanders, Set of 5, Leakproof Lids

Each box holds a lift-out colander, so berries can be rinsed and then left to drain inside the very container they will be stored in. Water collects beneath the mesh instead of pooling around the fruit.

Lids lock down onto silicone gaskets, and the maker credits that seal with keeping odours inside a box rather than spreading through a fridge.

Lids are excepted from the heat ratings. Bodies are cleared for the dishwasher, the freezer and the microwave; the lids are not.

Across the range, sizes run from 12 oz up to 140 oz. One dimension set is published, 7.6" x 5.2" x 9.4", without saying which box it belongs to. Total weight is 1.49 kg.

Plastic throughout, food grade and free of BPA. A capacity figure of 4000 ml per minute also appears in the specification; a flow rate makes no sense for a lidded box, so it is best ignored.

Boxes stack, which counts for more in a fridge than on an open shelf. The maker claims produce keeps twice as long.
