A suction cup does the work here, not adhesive and not screws. Press the marked plate until it gives an audible puff of air and the caddy is up, in about a second, and it lifts away again later without residue.

The surface decides whether it holds. Glass, metal, tile, stainless steel and acrylic work; textured tiles, unsealed marble, wallpaper and painted plaster do not, and it should never sit across grouting.

The cup itself is TPE, moulded to mimic how an octopus grips, and rated at 11 lb.

At 7 by 2.3 by 4.3 inches this is a narrow tray. Sponge, brush, scrubber and sink stopper each get a place, and none of them stand in a puddle, because the frame is open on every face and drains.

SUS304 stainless steel under a rust-proof coating, so permanent damp does it no harm. Listed weight is 12.8 oz.

Should the cup refuse to grip first time, rinse it, dry it thoroughly, and test on a pane of glass before committing to the sink wall.
