ODBCYWM Wire-Clip Glass Canisters, Set of 4, 34 fl oz, 6.7 in Tall

A bail-and-clip closure is the reason to pick these over screw-top canisters. The wire pulls the lid down onto its gasket, and the same jars will then serve for pickling rather than dry goods alone.

Each holds 34 fluid ounces in a 3.74 inch cylinder standing 6.7 inches tall, a size suited to a fortnight of oats rather than a whole sack.

Wet contents are within scope. Jam, sauce and preserved vegetables are named by the maker alongside flour, beans and pasta.

The glass runs thick and clear, free of BPA and described as odourless, so a canister that held coffee does not later flavour sugar.

Four in the set, which gives a shelf one matched row instead of an assortment.

Listed weight for the four together is 2.7 kg.
