ComSaf 3.6 Qt Square Glass Storage Jars, Set of 2, Bamboo Lids, 5.9 in Opening

Square rather than round, which is the reason two of these sit flush against each other instead of leaving the crescent of dead shelf a circle always leaves.

Each jar takes 3.6 quarts, roughly 3.4 litres: a whole bag of flour, or a large cereal box decanted.

The opening measures 5.9 inches across, so a measuring cup goes in and a hand reaches the base when it needs scrubbing.

Borosilicate glass 3.3 mm thick forms the body, clear enough to read the level without lifting anything. The lid pairs bamboo with a silicone gasket that does the sealing.

Both jars are freezer safe, and microwave safe once the lid is off. Take the lid off ahead of any dishwasher cycle, then wash it separately by hand.

Footprint is 5.9 inches square with a height given as 8.1 in the specification and 8.2 in the description.
