The roller is damped rather than free-spinning. That slight drag is what lets a sheet be torn away one-handed, instead of the roll unwinding across the worktop.

Each holder runs 12.2 inches long and 4.1 wide, and accepts any roll the maker lists as larger than 1.4 inches.

Mounting goes two ways, by adhesive or by screw. Fixings and instructions for both arrive in the box, so the choice can be made once the wall has been looked at.

Stainless steel and plastic, waterproof and resistant to corrosion, with a quoted 20 lb load. A roll slides straight onto the bar without taking the end off.

Colour is contradicted within the source — silver in the specification, black in the packing list. Two holders come per pack.
