ProKeeper 2.5-Quart Grain Container, Hinged Lid, Silicone Seal and Scoop

The lid is hinged and folds backward rather than lifting off, so it stays attached in a dishwasher basket and stands clear while a scoop goes in.

A silicone gasket runs round the rim, holding rice, beans, quinoa or oats away from air. Capacity is 2.5 quarts, and graduated marks up the side show what remains.

Two sets of measurements appear in the source data: 5.5 x 7.65 x 7.25 inches in the product name, and 7.55 inches long by 5.35 wide by 7.3 high in the specification table. Allow the greater figure on each axis for shelf clearance.

The body is shatterproof clear plastic under a white lid, weighing 14.08 oz empty. A scoop comes with it.

Because the mouth is wide, a bag of flour tips in without a funnel and a hand reaches inside to wash it out.
