Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice.

NeatHaus respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. Section 512, we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.

Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on our website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Agent with a written notice containing the following:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
2. Identification of the infringing material and its location on our website with enough detail to find and identify it.
3. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Designated Agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office is currently in progress. Until registration is complete, please send all DMCA notices by email to spark96.us@gmail.com. We will respond within 24 hours and act expeditiously to remove infringing content where applicable. The full Designated Agent contact details (name, mailing address, phone) will be published here and registered with copyright.gov prior to public launch.
Note: DMCA Designated Agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office is pending. In the interim, please direct all notices to the email address above.
Dispute Process
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on our website was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:
1. Identification of the material removed and its prior location on our website.
2. Good faith statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
3. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court (Northern District of California for non-US addresses).
5. Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original party does not file a court action within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may restore the removed material.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, NeatHaus will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Good Faith
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including court costs and attorneys' fees.
